It's not a long game. It's not a lot of things. But what it is is a fun game with a great replay ability that doesn't take 80+ hours, and something you still can use a lot of time on collecting things or getting the different endings.
The pixel art is a blend of sprites of older Castlevania games and newer introduced with the game, and it looks amazing to say the least. The mix of 2D and 3D is really impressionable!
And the music, oh man! I still listen to the soundtrack, it's so iconic!
A release on GOG would be an instant buy for me, since it's kind of hard to get a hold of the game through normal means. If you want the original you have to pay a ridiculous amount, or buy the PSP remake of Rondo of Blood (I own this already), that has the game in it as a hidden bonus if you unlock it. But then you can't play it on a bigger screen which is kind of sad.
I just want to play the darn game on a huge screen to see it in all its glory, accompanied by huge speakers blastin the soundtrack!
