Fable 3 was one of my absolute favourite childhood games, right up there with Prototype 1 & 2 and The Saboteur. There was just something about it — the story, the lore, the whole idea of choices actually meaning something — that properly stuck with me. The Fable series in general had this charm and atmosphere that felt different to everything else at the time. Even now, decades later, it still pulls me straight back in. That mix of fantasy, humour, and morality never really left my brain, and every time I think about it, I get hit with that same sense of nostalgia like no time’s passed at all.
