When someone tells me about car races this game is what comes to my mind. This game has the most iconic car in a videogame, a good motivation for us all to finish the game, a good villain, charismatic characters, a solid story, excellent gameplay, visuals and one of the best soundtracks of all times. This game is the definition of a car game.

Please, add this game back, it's our childhood game. It has so many good cars and customization. All the blacklists were cool and their cars were incredible. I reallty love this game.
One of the best racing games of its era? Hell no! Most Wanted (2005) is the only best racing game—and it still holds that title to this day! GOG, bring it back!

It's still the greatest NFS Game all these years later. I imagine that licensing the music, Burger King and Cingular, not to mention all the cars is what keeps it from being sold today, but if anyone can figure that out it's GOG. This was my game, my home. It was something I played again and again and again and again and it never got old, it still never gets old. The modding scene is still very active, and it's still popular on youtube. It's genuinely beloved and that car, that BMW M3 GTR - that car is probably the most famous and beloved car in modern history. It's not just nostalgia, as newer NFS titles were made but never quite hit the mark this one did. And it's not "my first NFS" bias, as my first was NFS II. It's just genuinely an incredible game that deserves a chance to live again, to be sold again. Plus, GOG Board of Directors, you get this game on GOG with the music and the cars and the original BK and Cingular tie ins, you get it on GOG with that Black Edition expansion and everything as it was - you will make so many millions I am not even kidding. The NFS fanbase hungers for this game again, we will buy it, and then buy copies of it to give to all our friends. To NFS fans, the series does not get any better than Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2005).
My first racing game. I would play this game exclusively for 2 years everyday after school. I love the aesthetic, the mechanics, everything about this game. Its unique in its gameplay and there was nothing like it before or since. It's now 20 years old and still feels more fun and engaging than anything that's come out since. The standout title of the NFS franchise and pretty much racing as a whole. I consider it the pinochle of racing games. It would be amazing to have it be preserved on gog for future generations to enjoy it the way I did
