I started playing this game 5 years ago I had my pc hooked up to the tv and sometimes my grandpa would come over and watch me play this game anytime i saw a decent buck hed yell shoot that deer he sadly passed away and anytime i play this game it brings a smile to my face reminiscing about the times he would watch me play this game. I also met alot of friends playing this game and made alot of memories playing with those people. it's more than just a game to me and I hope I can continue to see this game grow in so many aspectsIcybones190

This game has meant so much for me throughout the years and we truly can't let this game die, of course COTW exists but it's not the same at all, me and my friend have spent countless hours in this game and it has defined a huge part of my childhood.

This is the best hunting simulation game I have ever played. It has given me unforgettable moments that made my heart pound and my hand tremble before taking a shot at a trophy—like that chance encounter with a coyote just 10 meters away in the tall grass of the Logger's Point meadows or encounter sleeping whitetail deer in the deep forest from Redfeather falls The randomizing of the animal spawn is so good no gen no cheating absolute like in real world This game is so magic is not possible that he die I have passed so many hours at it just for level up .😁

there was a time in my life when i was really young, that good wifi wasnt a thing and this was the only game i could play, at first it was my only choice but it became my first choice really fast, even with good wifi, i would always come back to the hunter classic because its part of me, its a part of my life, it breaks my heart to see it go this way

The best hunting game i ever played. ive spent over 5000 hours playing this game and its truly special. Other games that followed it tried to immulate it but failed. The animal ai, tracking, and overall experience was years ahead of its time. This game holds a special place in my heart. I hope you consider saving this gem.

Most realistic yet relaxing hunting Game to be created Till today. Keep it alive at all cost. I found this Game back when i was exhausted from fast paced shooters and was looking for something relaxing. This game has a good learning curve and awoke my love for real hunting

This is the best hunting game ever, no other can compare. It actually takes effort to improve and in the end feels so rewarding. I love this game with my whole heart because of the awesome community and the actual need for your own skills and patience to improve. This is one of the only games my old computer can handle and the only game I have actually enjoyed playing. The maps are all so beautiful and there is so much to always explore and doesn’t have a repetitive grindy gameplay and that’s what makes this game so special. It would be such a shame to see the BEST and most realistic hunting game gone. No other game could compare how special this game feels and how unique it is. Would hate to see this game gone.

I have always wanted to play the hunter classic. finally I got it last year when I was able to build my pc. I love the game and I would like to enjoy it for years to come.

Since the moment I got my hands on a laptop and was able to play the game in 2016 its been a game I played constantly. Every hunt felt a little different, and no animal was ever the same. i made wonderful memories with friends and strangers alike, and I would be overjoyed if I could continue to make new memories with this game

The game is quite literally the only one of its kind. It is the definitive hunting games when it comes to actually trying to replicate hunting into a videogame. If The Hunter Classic goes down there will simply not be another game like it. There are other hunting games but none have captured the same feel of The Hunter Classic. It would be a shame to see this game die without even an effort being made to at the very least perserve it in its current state for fans to play.

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
