I've been a gamer for over 10 years. For the longest time, GOG to me was just the place where I play CD PROJEKT games. Everything else went to Steam. Habit, convenience, whatever.Then Ubisoft deleted The Crew from my library. A game I paid for, gone, because they decided I was never actually owning it.That's when I finally understood what you guys have been doing for all these years. DRM-free isn't a feature. It's the bare minimum of consumer rights.I know GOG still has gaps compared to Steam. I know the library isn't as big, the social features aren't as rich. But you're the only storefront that treats me like an owner, not a renter.if a game is on GOG, I'm buying it here. Even if I already own it elsewhere, I call it voting with my wallet.Don't ever change.

I do not appreciate their work:They destroyed everything they stood for (or claimed that they stood for). They injecting code into games that makes them run worse on everything other than Windows 11 spyOS. And then remove the older installers, so that you can enjoy being badly raped by this company.It would not be as bad, if they did not come as the good guys. Bat they are the devil in disguise as Elvis would put it.I will not buy from here again...Even though Steam is no angle either. They do a lot to make the games run perfectly on Linux instead making games run worse on Linux intendly like GOG.
Hello GOG team I really appreciate what you are doing. However I'm sorry but I have to say this. Games like Warfare legacy collection and other amazing monster taming games like Cassette Beasts or Monster Sanctuary and Aethermancer are not coming and they will might come but only after 10 or 20 years if at all. As I have said I really appreciate your work, but it could be better at least in a way that long awaited game released wouldn't take two decades of human life because let's be real after waiting this long players will lose hope of these games ever appearing on GOG platform. I'm also doing my part in asking developers if they are willing to release their games. Thank you for your hard work, but make sure to improve the release time so that we wouldn't have to wait two decades of our lifetime for one specific game release. Anyway I said my complaint long enough. Once again thank you for the work you are doing. Keep doing it.

YES ! Even if there shoule be any problems with any aspect of GOG, there should be a way to show that we appreciate the overall efforts of the team. I do understand that this is a business, but we are all human beings and a little appreciation can go a long way.

Cheers GOG. You're really the under-appreciated champions of game preservation. I've admittingly neglected GOG over my Steam library for years but I've recently tried to make up for that by supporting GOG where possible.

You are on the right approach of things and do good work!But there is still room for improvements, such some games being allowed with heavy telemetry, third party launchers, in game payments etc. Or games that simply dont work at all currently, which should then make an exit from the store untill fixed imo.But this site is underrated and there is actually human connections behind the support ticket system, something lost and forgotten on pretty much every other platform in existence lol.Im glad I finally decided to let go of steam and came here instead!

As a long time steam user i sure am very glad that GOG is a thing but i still wished they cared a bit more about telemetry related stuff and not just DRM, anyway they are my choice from now on but there's still games missing here that i ''own'' on steam such as the resident evil collection for example.I hope they can eventually make it happen as well as for other games not present.
I think what you're doing is important and wonderful. Thank you so much for giving us an avenue towards ownership of our digital content. I won't take it for granted.

I do not understand why people that shop elsewhere think they own what they Supposedly bought when the product is linked to that service provider and tied to a large corporations by why of DRM.This is the primary reason why I shop at GOG only.I thank you for making the game installer downloadable so that I may install when and on what PC of mine I choose.I would also like to thank you for keeping older games alive also.
The moment I heard about GOG, It was after I was planning to build a library on Steam. Knowing that I have ownership with my purchases is enough for me, but also knowing that a majority of classics that would be lost to time are actively being preserved completely convinced me.
