This game is still very playfully today, it has aged like a fine wine. However unless you have an original physical copy on hand, you can't buy this version of the game legally. Due the dev of blizzard replacing it, with an weaker "remastered" that plays worst at less the original .
One of the first cutscenes I ever saw in a game and that was due to my dad bringing me over and telling me to check out how amazing the opening was and boy he was right, played a lot of the single player as well as the DOTA maps even though I was terrible at them, overall, I wish the would make new WOW single player games even though I understand why they don’t with World of Warcraft.

So many bad grades because of lack of sleep playing this game. Love this game and all the one before it. Been playing them since 1995. GOG need to bring all the Blizzard classics.

While I doubt the greed of Blizzard will ever let the fans have the original, there is always hope. Maybe one day they'll wake up and let us have the true unblemished Warcraft 3 experience. We can always dream and that is what this program is about isn't it? As for my own history with this game, it always seemed to escape me. The one time I did get my hands on it, it was for my Mac Laptop and shortly after the computer died and I never went back to Macs. Then the remake ruined the original. I never got to complete the first campaign and that always annoyed me. Hopefully we GOG can get the OG.

Remake or not, we need the original on GoG. Regardless how people feel about the remake, both Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne are part of RTS history and must be preserved and supported for modern systems.

Ahhh yes!! I will always be a fan of this old 3D game. Something about how bulky and smudged it was just makes it what it is :D Remember feeling pretty cool when I got this game. And the longing to get home and play it after school.

Warcraft 3 (The Original) I loved the art style — it’s colorful, detailed, and really stands the test of time. The game was easy to learn, but deep enough to keep me hooked. Each race played in its own interesting and unique way, which made every match feel fresh. I also appreciated that resources weren’t infinite on the map, adding an extra layer of strategy and urgency. Unfortunately, the original Warcraft 3 has been removed from digital stores and replaced by Warcraft 3: Reforged. While Reforged includes a classic graphics mode, it’s not a perfect replica — some features and balance have changed, and many fans feel it lacks the polish and community support of the original. Plus, the file size of Reforged is huge compared to the original. Because of that, I’d love to see the original preserved and made available on platforms like GOG for both old fans and newcomers.

Back when this game came out I was massive Warcraft lore fan. I read books and browsed Warcraft wiki. Warcraft 3 was one of the few strategy games I actually beat and I still like the art style, voice acting, music and the cinematics. The mix of elements of role-playing games, like heroes gaining levels and getting items, and strategy gaming goodness made me really like the game. It would be nice to have the original version rather than the flawed remaster here on GOG.
Those games also need your vote!
Black & White
Black & WhitePlay the role of a deity in a land where the surroundings are yours to shape and its people are yours to lord over. Be an evil, malevolent god and the natives will worship you with fear in their eyes. Play as a kind, benevolent god and they will worship you with love in their hearts. Your actions decide whether you create a heaven or hell for your worshipers. Then select a creature from the land to act as your representative in the world. Raise it to gigantic proportions and teach it to do your bidding--whether the animal grows into an evil colossus of mass destruction or a kind and gentle giant is up to you. Progress through the game's rich storyline performing powerful miracles to battle other deities and become the world's supreme god.

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.
