Trying to link a few stores (Epic, PlayStation) to my Galaxy - holy crap....I don't know who picked the captcha tech but christ almighty is it f*ing terrible. Half the pictures I can't event tel if there's a goddamn bus or train in them and then new squares keep popping up and by the time i get done with it, the server connection has timed out and i have to start all over again.

For the love of all that is holy, please GOG freaking figure out a different solution that is actually solvable by mortal humans.

i read that this captcha is meant to check how many times that square has been clicked, and then they'd guess if you're human if your answers are close enough to what other people have answered. and all those pics are real. it used to be scarier when they showed pics of actual houses or something like that

The CAPTCHA is chosen by the stores you're linking. There is nothing GOG can do about it.

And yes, some have opted for the longest, most obnoxious CAPTCHAs ever invented...
I remember a few years back I had to deal with a captcha that lasted 11 or 12 minutes of clicking on pictures. no joke. man thank god those days are over! wheeww

Heh - you got me! Apparently, setting up my GOG account back in 2010 has me as one of the new kids compared to you 2009 old timer ;-)
