Well, I assume that, before being able to use the app, you have to read and sign this
EULA.
In "3.2 Use Restrictions," it reads:

So if anything fishy happens, it's clearly written that it's not their fault, but the users'. It's common sense that there is danger out there, so they don't really have to warn users. Plus, it's hinted at in the EULA.
