That's a bit harsh...I played SS2 a few months ago for the first time...I'm not sure I enjoyed it on the whole (the constant tension was a bit much)...but it certainly is an interesting gaming experience. Can't think of anything quite like it.

Okay Okay Fair enough. :D It wasn't that the game was bad, it's that everyone I know touts it as the one of the greatest games ever and I thought it was 'meh'. It loses points based on it's hype which really isn't the game's fault.

The "freebies" codes from the 2016 sale do expire. They are of a different format. The one you posted was a standard 20 character hexadecimal codes that do not expire. I did verify it out of curiosity before it was redeemed and it had an expiration date of "Never".

Whoever got it, common courtesy was at least to say a thank you here.

Probably a scammer account. He should state who got it.

It has no expiration date on account, but as was a free game of the summer sales so i thought that expire, this gave the two first day of sales.

I hope it has not been any scammer, although it seems that that claim seems a new account.

Alternatively just start your own thread like you did, only instead of posting the got directly just say that you're giving one away and ask who wants it, then send the code by private message to the recipient of your choice (either randomly, or first-come-first-served). This way you can make sure it doesn't get redeemed by a bot or a scammer.
