My real name is Skeleton Bow. Online I use the alias skeletonbow all lowercase with no spaces as it is easier to type and has less problems overall.

The OP needs to relax. I went down to GOG HQ just last week and I can assure you that their staff is much more open and revealing in person.

I honestly can't see the significance of a name in this case. As long as you can refer to the person later -if needed when talking to someone else- it doesn't matter what name you know them by as long as the other person knows who you're referring to.

It shouldn't, and doesn't, matter if you know the support person as Władysław Wójcik, WonderBro_74, Peter Smith, or pR4t (all names taken completely out of the air, as far as I know no GOG employee or user go by those names). Regardless of how the person signs their messages, that is how they wish to be addressed in this context, and thus that is how they should be addressed in this context.

Who's to say qp0n isn't a real name? Have you seen some of the slavic alphabets? I've talked to people going by the name Đužić this past week.

The tickets probably come in to Support with your own username / nickname at the top, so it would seem sensible to me (though I'm really short on sleep) to reply in kind.
