BunnySlope: I have never had an issue with any of the Galaxy releases, until this one (Win 11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX ICE, XFX 9070, 64 GB RAM, all drivers up to date). Since the new update, from the GOG STORE & Home, I can click on a game (ex. Lego Lord of the Rings in the "Games for you" section) and it takesd me to the Store Page. However, using the left arrow at the top of Galaxy, it stays on the page. Clicking again simply refreshes the page.
Has anyone else noticed this?

yes it's one of the many bugs in the new versions. a clean install will fix it until the next update. other bugs have included chromium artifacts, gsync or vrr flickering and reduced performance or sluggish mouse navigation and movement, crashes or instability.
most of the problem is the new qt webengine being chromium based and the removal of 32 bit os support as the installer doesn't actually replace the launcher exe with a 64 bit exe. the reason i know this is i spent the last 4 weeks speaking and troubleshooting with support when they first launched this nonsense on the experimental build.
currently they fixed almost all the issues the only one remaining for me is the vrr flickering and sluggish mouse navigation. clearly you are experiencing the the malfunctioning back button and if i were to guess if you go to settings and set launcher to minimize when launching a game it would fail to comply as well since the back button issue is tied to launcher settings failing to operate correctly.
my suggestion is to do a clean install as well as delete the gog.com folder under the program data folder and local data folders which are hidden folders. you also need to delete the gog.sp.zoo folder and gog notifications renderer folder.
easiest way is use revo uninstaller to get rid of everything and then delete the folders i mentioned and then restart and reinstall galaxy and have it locate your games again after logging in. with any luck your only remaining issue will be the flickering as well.
they really fucked up this update branch and i hope they fix it fast but as a precaution do not use the experimental features build and as a reminder you will have to reset all launcher settings to your prefrences and have it relocate all your games once the reinstall is complete.
