It works great!
Whatever the other reviews say, my experience has been super smooth, no issues whatsoever on a high end PC.
As for the game, the nostalgia hits hard. I used to be the backseat gamer to a friend who used an emulator and now I get to play it for real by myself and it is way better than i ever expected it to be. Sure, the graphics are polygon-tastic and the environment will challenge you to find where exactly to go more than the battles you face at times. However, the charm persists all these years later, and I look forward to play through the entire thing.
