Content locked behind Galaxy = DRM

Not only are cosmetics locked behind it but the Rip and Tear Pack exclusive single player level, Cultist Base Master Level, is also locked behind launching the game through Galaxy at least once. Shameful behavior from both GOG & Bethesda.

What a boring game...

The atmosphere is okay i guess nothing special though. The Inventory system is neat i give it that. But besides that? Bland and boring with zero scare factor. If you really wanna play it i suggest you just grab the DOOM 2 Mod of Total Chaos. Same game, still boring but at least for free.

What a shame....

The Game itself is fantastic no questions asked but what NightDive did here is just shameful. First its not fully rebuild with the Source Code. Its based on Fresh Supply just patched up and resold to us. Still has tons of bugs and issues which are not fixed. Achievements are just copy pasted from Fresh Supply. Only good thing is the Vault and thats it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this version and just play the Original/Fresh Supply or use a Source Port like NBlood.

Thanks for the new unavailable content

Game is great, if you like immersive sims this is a must buy. But some updates or rather features of the updates are locked to Steam for whatever reasons. For example: New: Smokable cigarettes and cigars! (Steam version only - due to age rating restrictions) Now i'm pretty sure that GOG has some sort of age rating in place otherwise why do certain countries get censored games or region locks. But the best example is this: New: 3 new hidden achievements related to the new modifiers (Steam only), Just why? GOG has achievements. The GOG version of the game also has those modifiers included. So what reason is there to lock those 3 new achievements to Steam only? Again game itself is good. But i'm sick of Devs who treat us GOG Customers as 2nd Class Citizens in one way or the other.

Not really a "Enhanced" Edition

Restricting modding, removing content, and just overall a low effort port from the Console Release. Do yourself a favor and stick with the original ones.

Might be one of the best Action Horrors

It is literally one of the best games (~especially in the action horror category~) out there and GOG finally was able to patch it to the latest version, fixed many of the bugs and made it working on modern Windows versions (~and yes it also works on Linux via wine~) and yet the game refuses to work as it should, while yes it fixed a lot of issues there are still a ton (~crashes, graphic glitches, sound glitches and so on~) yeah you could install the unoffical patch for it BUT first even with that at least i had sound issues and some crashes occasionally and second in a perfect word i shouldnt have to rely on an unofficial patch. I would love it if for once a developer would fix their game and not just stop and move on to something else. Long story short: you get an working latest version of the game yet you HAVE to face other bugs, nothing game breaking at least but joy is something different.
