Nice Day for Fishing

Simpe and fun game for the fans

This game is made mostly to VLDL fans, you would enjoy it much more if you know and like them. The game is a parody of MMORPG and their quest system, simple, straightforward, just perform repetitive task given from a series of NPC. Bassically is a game about fishing, plain and simple. Many dialogues and situations come from the VLDL Epic NPC Man show and other related ones, it's reccomended to watch a few before playing. To name some bad things, the game does not appear to work well if you leave it on background with ALT+TAB, it could even crash, and it's quite grindy, specially in the end. I think it got the potential to be more and develop new places and mechanics over time, hope they make another one, or some DLC.

The Last Gas Station

Good game with huge potential

This is a tiny managerial game that delivers if you just want to spent some cozy time relaxing. The graphics and details are very nice. The atmosphere and lore behind it also has good care. The biggest issue I got with this game is that feels that there's lost potential and I hope the devs do well and work into creating another one that expands a lot. The game only features the gas station and a couple of decorative areas, your interaction with the world and other NPC is mainly just visual, there are really no quest or anything, you only manage the gas station, collect money, make upgrades and talk with NPC to learn more about the place. You can collect diaries that tells you about the lore and promote different products to unlock different endings, but that's mostly it. Would be great if you could explore more areas, like forest, village, ruins.....and have some quests to learn more about the world, the people... After a while the game just feels repetitive, you only do a couple of things. Hope to see in the future a greater game with more content, I think the people behind it could pull it off, something to stand with games like Stardew Valley or Dave the Diver. One thing I would change, the way gas prizes are handled, they basically increase along with your level, like you give a better service, so you charge more, which seems fine, but I find it odd that GAS start costing 1$/L and after a while you are charging 4$, too much lol. I would add a bit more nuance, like you improve your net gain, not just the price. Maybe your initial gas pumps and storage tanks are inefficient and there's leakage you can improve. Sell different types of gas. Get discounts by buying in bulk.... Anyway, good game, but needs more gameplay, hope the best to the devs.

Heads Will Roll: Reforged

Great game, tough gameplay

I really enjoy this type of games that are like a VN, but with some strategy, resource management, gameplay. It is pretty nice to play the story and try to do your best to unfold it, to get different outcomes depending not only on your choices, but your achievements, you might've not been able to finish some quest or killing some enemy. However, there are 2 things I think the game should improve, gameplay and difficulty. If you play the game as intended, which is actually somewhat enforced, since it's the only way you can level up and start with a stronger, better equipped and wealthier character, the thing is that it's very hard to progress. You'll die several times in the first chapter, and it's harder later on, at least on my experience, because battles drag too long, you have to become some kind of killing machine since there are battles in which you kill over 10 enemies, and they keep coming...it drags too much the gameplay. The other thing the game should improve is the UI, it does the job, but is far from attractive and polished, it lacks many qol improvements like loot all items, easy compare items and many small things that pile up. Would also add now that I think about it more types of music. Still, it's a great game, enjoyable, there's a story mode to make it easier, and the base is pretty solid, if they build more upon it, they can create a formidable game. I bought all the expansions to support them but haven't tried them yet, hope they keep going.
