By far the worst Beth game besides 76

It's hard to even call this mess an RPG. It shares far more in common with modern shooters than Fallout 3/New Vegas, and you can only ever play as one character since your character is voice-acted and the choices all amount to the same things. However, there's still something here that's worth exploring if you've got nothing better to play, just don't come at expecting an RPG experience. You can literally just play it like a shooter and try not to let the incredibly shallow mechanics get your down. The main story is pretty terrible, but the world has been well-crafted and there are some interesting NPCs. I treat it more as a fan project than a canon entry to Fallout since it retcons so much of the original lore.
