Easily one of the most influential games of my childhood, the dragon gene system was easily the coolest combat mechanic of its generation. Finding a new gene was always exciting and I loved all the different forms. Add in incredible characters/character development, a storyline that still holds up and an immersive world and it's a 10/10 game. Identified with Momo more than I thought I ever would as a kid, even down to thinking peco is adorable

My first taste of BoF series. While my favorite is the 4th, I feel like this one has a better stroytelling. I hope there's in game cheat to lessen the grinding

This was the first Breath of Fire game I ever played and is the reason I got so into JRPGs. I played this game over and over again as a kid and I have really fond memories playing this game. Really hope this game can come back to a platform where I can enjoy it again.

The game´s premise is always fantastic. You can transform into a dragon (at a price). The graphics were so good and I was shocked when I played Breath of Fire IV after having played Part III, because Part IV is so colorful like a Dragon´s Quest game, whereas Part III feels much more grounded and grittier in tone which I prefer. The Music, the World. It was just awesome.

I remember playing this game after like, my 14th playthrough of breath of fire 2, and I mentioned at bof2 page how I love that game. My story with 3 is that, it probably was going to surpass 2 for me, story and musicwise, but I played in an emulator and well, the computer that ran the emulator just popped off, stoped working LOL, so I've never got to finishe what I started

The day I bought this game was one of the best daya of my childhood. I was afraid this game wouldn't be as awesome as the first two entries... After the first minutes of gameplay I realized that bof3 woud become my favorite PS1 game and one of my most beloved games in life. The pixel art is probably my favorite, the dragon transformation system is one of the coolest things to ever be made in rpg...and the music... So nostalgic! The characters designs are probably my favorite in any videogame... (I.e. Teppo, Rei, Peco and Garr...) Everything was just perfect

I just love the world and setting. Fantasy world with post apocalyptic sci-fi twist just under the surface. Hard to pick a single memory as I’ve played through it so many times.. but a standout one is that my house lost power precisely in the middle of me saving my game which corrupted my save file. Remembering back to how much I love this game I think I might go play it right now. Excuse me.

this was my first ps1 game i got in 98. to this day, its like a tradition to play it once a year. would def get it if its on here. (even my picture it based on the dragon forms)

The Breath of Fire series is a staple from my childhood, none more so than the 3rd and 4th games. It's through the love of these games that I first got talking with my boyfriend, so seeing it be shared with other gamers would be amazing!

Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.

It has a simple story line where the hero needs to save Albion from the evil Lord Lucian by collecting together the other three heroes to defeat him. Interactive cut-scenes are a large part of the game however the main character never speaks and all dialogue is uncontrolled. The game features a large variety of game play and freedom, allowing a player to shape the world around and the characters appearance and moral standing based on decisions throughout the game. The player can also get married both same and opposite sex and bring up children to childhood but no farther, expressions are a lot more interactive with NPC's than before

Fable: The Lost Chapters
Fable: The Lost ChaptersFable was expanded and rereleased as Fable: The Lost Chapters for Xbox and Windows PC platforms in September 2005. The game was later ported to Mac OS X by Robosoft Technologies and published by Feral Interactive on 31 March 2008. The Lost Chapters features all the content found in the original Fable, as well as additional new content such as new monsters, weapons, alignment based spells, items, armour, towns, buildings, and expressions, as well as the ability to give children objects. The story receives further augmentation in the form of nine new areas and sixteen additional quests. Characters such as Briar Rose and Scythe, who played only minor roles in the original game, are now given more importance and are included in certain main and side quests. Other character-based augmentations include the voice of the antagonist, Jack of Blades, sounding deeper, harsher and more demonic, and the ability to uncover (and resolve) the murder mystery of Lady Grey's sister. The updated edition of the game also applied fixes for certain glitches, such as the "dig glitch," in which the protagonist would move backward each time he used the shovel, pushing him through solid objects and sometimes trapping him.
