For those interested: Atlus USA currently has a player survey going on where you are given the option of making your voice heard when you reach a question about your preferred place for purchasing digital games. This seems like a good opportunity for at least planting the idea for them to release their games here.

I'm very satisfied with the Atlus games that I have (The Dark Spire, two Etrian Odyssey Untold) so I gladly took the survey.
I didn't get that question, possibly because I said I purchased both digital and physical games.
ATLUS used to be nearly my favorite publisher for the PS2, Game Cube and GBA. After all, they did publish Disgaea, among others, which I would still kill for a copy of on gog. After taking that survey, I realized that I don't care about them any more. I mean, I do like Etrian Odyssey, but even that was years ago back when I still had a 3DS (I don't own a console of any kind any more due to fire and other issues).

I took the survey, and just put "a DRM-free platform" for where I would buy the game; I don't mind games from other sites as long as they're DRM-free and the site doesn't have other issues (I avoid Steam and (these days) Humble Bundle).

I am disappointed that I didn't get to explain my reason for choosing Other for why I don't want Catherine (there is some serious transphobia in that game, and I've heard the remake makes it worse).
Don't know how much they care about input from one whom never heard of any of their games but maybe they take that as incentive to release them to the world outside of steam (or whatever DRM hell they are sold).
I told them exactly the one place I currently buy games. Right here.
I took the survey. Let's see if this brings awareness to DRM-free on Atlus's part, but knowing the Japanese, I've no doubt they will not pay any attention.

First question: "Which gender identity do you most identify with?"

Oh, it's for perverts.
I took the survey and voted for GOG. Let's hope it makes a positive difference.
Alright, responded, I hope it leads to something. :)
Filled it out.

Most annoying part was probably them asking multiple times about their other games and requiring an answer on how interested i am in them. Where's the box for 'haven't heard/looked into the game so i don't have an opinion?' box?
I find it odd that dtgreene's post is downrepped, while Starmaker's isnt. What's happened to this forum?
I requested pretty much every platform except for Switch, Cause I figure if they are gonna port to PC or Xbox One, then they are probably gonna port to Switch.

Also asked for more of their obscure IPs (Clicked that I was interested in more Growlanser, Digital Devil Saga, and Persona as well (As well as specifying I want one where It's not in a school or playing as High Schoolers, cause holy crap has that gotten old.).).

I think I also mentioned Tex Murphy since they had a hand in some form for Tesla Effect (I kinda just went through the list of games they did on Wikipedia and requested more of everything that remotely interested me.).

People are fixated with those rep points. If someone has a different opinion, better vote it down. It doesn't matter if it's well-articulated and civilized, if my chosen political tribe wouldn't agree with it I can't let it slide. It's safest to buy the whole political package, easier to form a mob and reach for those pitchforks that way.

Bettes just ignore and/or remove that rep system entirerly, it's just used to bash those that fall out of line anyways. I upvoted dtgreene to balance it out since her critique was legitimate, she should be able to explain her reason for choosing Other no matter what her opinion on the issue is.
