by Lionhead Studios, Microsoft Game Studios
Platforms:
Xbox 360
Genres:Role-playing (RPG), Adventure
Themes:Open world, Action, Fantasy
Game modes:Single player, Co-operative
Story:
Fable 2 is the second game in the fable series by Lionhead Studios, it is an open world role-playing game. It has a simple story line where the hero needs to save Albion from the evil Lord Lucian by collecting together the other three heroes to defeat him. Interactive cut-scenes are a large part of the game however the main character never speaks and all dialogue is uncontrolled. The game features a large variety of game play and freedom, allowing a player to shape the world around and the characters appearance and moral standing based on decisions throughout the game. The player can also get married both same and opposite sex and bring up children to childhood but no farther, expressions are a lot more interactive with NPC's than before

Fable 2 is one of my favorite games. Sadly my XBOX is gone, so I can't play neither this nor it's sequel anymore, for without owning said console, you can't play them anywhere. I really hope I can enjoy the whole series on GOG some day!!LizzAard

This game never got a proper port, it's been forgotten by time with no one offering remasters or remakes. Lost Chapters is fairly available but II and III are impossible to play other than in OG hardware. Of the two Fable II is by far the more deserving of preservation.

This game was made only for xbox consoles, but if they're able to port it to PC after that long time it makes me believe in gaming industry again. GoG is the best platform out there. Made by true gamers with passion for gamers with passion.
Got this game the year it came out. I was so happy to open my present and see the box art. I could not wait to start playing. I remember before the game came out, I would wake up at 4:00am to get on my Step Dad's lap top before he left for work just to look up all the gameplay showcases. I love love love this game.

I've bought Fable Anniversary last year and fell in love with the series. Now I want to play Fable 2 and Fable 3 but I can't. I literally would like to give Microsoft my money (eugh), and I physically cannot do so. Microsoft pls wake up!

I got Fable on a whim a long time ago, not knowing anything about the game except stellar reviews. I didn't expect that I'd end up barricading myself in the bedroom where my xbox was, playing for hours on end until I'd reached the ending. I loved it so much, I almost immediately played it again, laughing as hard at all the silliness as I did the first time. If I could replay this on my PC, I absolutely would. It holds a most special place in my heart and I will love it and Lionhead Studios till the day I die.

This game is seriously unlike anything else. I find myself always chasing the feeling that this game gave me as a kid. I hope we can finally get this game on PC so that more people can experience this classic!

This game is one of the biggest reasons I became a game artist, Since the world pulled me in in such a way.. It's hard to describe but it's just as magical as the game itself! would love to get my friends experiancing this game aswell.

I'll never forget buying the GOTY edition of Fable 2 in 2009, sitting in the car reading the manual as my mum drove us home. I fell in love with the game, with the world, the interactions between yourself and the citizens of Albion, your loyal canine companion, the incredible soundtrack, there was so much to love and lose yourself in. I still have my copy to this day, and I have gone back to play it a few times. However it hasn't aged particularly well, notably how badly it runs on original hardware. It quite often feels like you're playing in slow motion, and while my adolescent self didn't care about performance issues, I'm way more sensitive to stuff like that now as an adult. I've wanted a Fable 2 remaster or remake for so long now, and with Microsoft doing absolutely nothing about it, a PC port from GOG would be an absolute godsend!

I've always wanted for this game to come to PC, but sadly, only the 1st and 3rd game are available. Played 2 a little bit on the Xbox and had a but more fun than the other 2. Would love for this to become a reality.
Those games also need your vote!
Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.
