My first experience with the game, was actually watching a friend play. I saw almost everything, including the ending, and even though I didn't quite undertand at the time, I still loved all I've seen. Years later I got to play it, and I can't even describe how it was. This game is magical, and even though we have the remastered version, It would be incredible to be able to play the original, which so many of us hold dear and attached to, and above all, without Tidus having that bizarre face from the remaster.

Another title my grandmother bought for me back in the day. Bless her she didnt understand the appeal of this, "why is he standing in the ocean" she only knew Mario, but she knew I loved it and bought it for me. Still have it sealed and protected now in honor of her. Thank you grandma for giving me all the memories!

My brother owned a PS2 and liked Final Fantasy. Consequently, one of my earliest memories is hearing "Otherworld" over that cutting-edge FMV. I didn't understand much at that age, but hearing that song again during the final fight, set against the backdrop of that arena after watching my brother's in-game journey, was still a sight to behold. It's no wonder that I chose this as my second JRPG. (Pokemon Blue beat this game to the punch, sadly.)

This is my favorite RPG besides Persona 4 and Chrono Trigger. These classics would be great to have on GOG, so more people can experience the great stories, the classic turn-based battles, and the joy of bonding with friends who become more like family. Hopefully, great games like these can make it on the platform along with some more modern games so GOG can continue to grow, because this is the last place to get games that you can actually own besides your local gamestore well you can still get physical games from online stores to, but I want people to have cherished memories just like I have now not just with classic games but games that are yet to come.
It's final fantasy x what can you say it's a good a game. It's probably one of the best in the series. It looks cool. I like how all the monsters look like. It makes me want to make fan art.
Never have I ever seen: a mother and a daughter join hand-in-hand, crying in tears while listening to the tune of & in a Distant Worlds: music from Final Fantasy concert — Well, yes I have and I was one of the luckiest few to have also stand witness to the moving score of such beautiful masterpieces that bring tear-dropping memories that bombard the brain so hard that people shred tears just from listening to them. You want a moving romantic story that will "THAT'S GONNA LEAVE A MARK"? Time for you to buy FFX then join the mother and daughter on an emotional journey that will LEAVE A DENT in your heart FOREVER till your FINAL FANTASY comes to an end. Furthermore, you want to enjoy a game where your girl friends were like: "You have to play this game! It's so heart-breaking and romantic, I love it!" Yeah, be a good boy friend and join the club. These are not stories, all these are memories of mine, all these are facts. (Notice it's not "girlfriends" and "boyfriend", so you can be in the Friend Zone which is also the FUN ZONE XD) I played it on PS VITA and PS3, just saying, if it's on GoG, I won't miss it.
I grew up on it and made me really think about all sorts of things. i want to also have it for I and others who like it to to have the free will to BUY IT and HAVE IT to download to and dicsc to have it for good
I love Final Fantasy X and X2. I had first seen it when I was at my cousin's house playing it on the PS2. We would stay up late playing it, watching it and going on. It is without question in my top 3 games and maybe even the top game. I loved the game so much that when my parents got the PS2, I got the game myself. It was only years later that I actually beat it, because like any other kid, I was going after so many different games, but by God, I loved it. I had bought it on every system that it came out on, even though I already owned it on the previous one. Everything about it was a marvel to me. The world and the story had touched me that I had fallen in love with these characters, especially Yuna and Tidus's relationship, and have long wished for something. It was all so beautiful and mesmerizing that I couldn't bring myself to stop and want to know more. It made me go and try to be a completionist and buy the game guides for them just because I was that invested and wanted to get it all. These were one of the few games where I pushed myself and did everything I could to try and get there. Grinding and driving myself mad with some of the challenges, like the chocobo racing in the Calm Lands. If it came to GOG I know I would buy it in a heartbeat. Even though I own it on PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Steam, and Switch. The love I have for this game would more than make it worth it. In this age and everything else going on recently, having it on GOG would add another level of security that getting it DRM free would give me. Along with knowing that I would never have to lose it again.
Those games also need your vote!

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.
