Because. The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. Oh there's a character limit, okay well I just like weird Jav games. They don't make them like this anymore. It's an interesting concept, released at a time where we got all kinds of weird and wonderful games like Ghost in the Shell (PS1) and Baroque. I would like to be able to play and own my games without DRM, I have actaully started to check for releases on the GOG store first becuse I know my purchase will still work without and internet connection , and it wont just dissapear one day!Abbraxxus

The Vibe of the game, the Soundtrack, Art Direction, Everything! This is easily one of my all time favorite PS1 games ever! The time action battle system was super cool! I really hope this games comes to GOG

These games are a crazy tale and deserve another shot at holding a crowd and maybe even obtaining a new crowd. I believe these will get the the love they deserve if a rerelease is possible.

One of the best Square games on the PlayStation. I fell in love with the characters, story, and atmosphere. It was honestly unlike any RPG I had played at the time, although I was pretty young. The journey Aya goes on in Parasite Eve is amazing, and we need to see this series make a comeback in a big way.

I remember being a kid and watching my sister play this game and be in awe at the monster designs and the stellar OST from Yoko Shimamura. As an adult, I completed the game on my own for the first time and found myself loving it even more. There is no other game in the survival horror genre like it and I really want others to have the chance to experience this game for themselves and show Square Enix that people still care for a game some may see as an underrated gem. To me, this game is just as important to the genre as Resident Evil or Silent Hill and deserves to be preserved and remembered.

Used to play this with my father and we were both thrilled with the story and the cinematics at the time. Up to this day its one of my favorite games of all time and the soundtrack is freaking amazing, if square doesnt (probably) have any plans for the game in the future, we deserve this to be brought to GOG ASAP.

I really want the Parasite Eve remaster game. I'll download it on GOG Actually, when I was a kid, I used to play this game with my friends. and Family I really want this game to be remastered on GOG because I played it on PlayStation.

I absolutly loved Parasite Eve 2 as a kid it's actually where I learned what DNA stands for and fell in love with Aya she is so lovely always respested her for leaving the money for the pop (soda) she takes from the abandoned store. Unfortunely for me Parasite Eve 1 was never available in the UK, but I was able to get a US copy as an adult and a US PS1 to play US games however part way through my play through of PE1 the lazer died and I had to fix the US PS1 then shortly after the spindel for the disc drive broke and had to replace that but in the attempt the drive motor broke and so my copy of PE1 is now just an decoration and I never got to see Aya's origin story in fact I only saw the beginning. That old US PS1 allowed me to play games missed out on in the 90's like Xenogears (Awesome game) but not PE1 (RIP my US PS1 thanks for the memories) I have been hoping for rerealese or remake or new PE game but nothing Aya would really be hit these days a real beautiful feminine inside and out yet capable women . She need to come back and kick butt again she is a hero we really need right now.

I would do anything to play this game again i miss it. One of my favorite child hood games. So much so I ended up buying the novel and movie. I really hope this comes to gog.

Back in the day I rented this from Blockbuster. Didn't have memory for my console so it was paused when I went to work. Ended up buying it, but great memories.

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
