This game scared me liek no other game did. Also impressed me with it's original game play and story. The monsters are one of teh coolest i saw back in teh day. And managed to not copy Residednt of Evil. Plus, the origin of teh game and it's story are pretty cool. A game that is a sequal to a book that almost no one in the west read. It be nice to see and play it again, and maybe let soeone younger with open mond to experience it.Weasselk

This game scared me liek no other game did. Also impressed me with it's original game play and story. The monsters are one of teh coolest i saw back in teh day. I love if they Will made a italiano versione my First horror game i loved It i Hope all the series Will come to gog lot of time spent on this really cool Adventure i hope they Will made a mod to skip fmv for modern version thanks

It was one of the first games I played on the PS1. Then I played dino crisis and the original resident evil. Would be awesome to bring it back and get to enjoy this game with my spouse.

this game was so underrated but it shined even its sequel aya brea was an awesome character and the combat was fun and always an experience i will not forgot, activly moving to avoid enemy attacks, getting in the bubble range to attack, I loved this series even the third birthday for psp

I basically didn't study biology thanks to this game. The teacher was rather upset that my revision method was killing monsters with guns in NYC. This was back in the day when games were actually educational, kids! The ending... oh my, it was the only time an ending made me really really scared. I suppose the turn-based action is not something younger players are used to now, but it is rather nice to get time to decide when or how to attack the enemies. Instead of doing ninja moves that make me go dizzy.

Great gameplay can’t put it down. I love how the controls are. I could spend hours on this game and never get sick of it it’s by far the best game I ever played

Parasite Eve 1 e 2 faram um dos primeiros jogos que joguei no PS1. Marcou muito minha história com a nova plataforma na época. A qualidade do jogo no geram, com a história os gráficos e a notabilidade me prendiam a todo momento.

I remember playing this game growing up. The battle system is amazing! Aya is such a strong and cool protagonist, and the soundtrack is incredible as well. It’s truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Please bring this game back so that I and others can enjoy it again. Bring Aya back!!!

What made this game unforgettable was the story itself on how immersive it was and how it made me feel about what happened to the characters and other people in the game and the fact my mom got to see me beat this game before she passed away...

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.
